Founded in 2012 to stage real estate developer Kathy Kuhner’s homes, Kathy realized there was a need for home staging when realtors in the area began approaching her for help staging their upcoming listings. Since then we’ve staged over 700 homes, growing to full time staff of eight designers and installers and a 4,000 square foot warehouse full of unique and thoughtfully curated furniture and décor. We consistently expand our collection to ensure that no two houses look alike.

Simply put, real estate and design are our team’s obsession. And after almost a decade of staging homes in the East Bay we’re experts on our local market. When it comes to housing we’ve seen it all and can optimize the potential in any space - big or small. Our goal is to make staging your home easy while maximizing profit on your biggest asset.
